Our Theatre Workshop
Odyssey Theatre For The Young of Art offers an intense theatre workshop where kids learn the fundamentals of acting and stagecraft. Our classes are designed to bring out the best in each child, while fostering teamwork and creativity. We believe that every child has a unique voice and story to tell, and our classes help them find their own voice and build confidence.
Odyssey Theatre offers the opportunity to learn more about theatre by working as an intern.
Several Opportunities are available for internships. Sr and Jr Intern positions include: Lighting Design, Sound Design, Set Design, Stage Management, Assistant Director, Assistant Tech Director, Light and Sound Board Operators, Assistant Stage Managers, Costume, Light, Set and Sound Crew.

Odyssey is all about learning: learning stage directions, learning lines, learning to speak so people can hear you, learning to listen. As an adult actor in the holiday shows, I love that adults and children are learning together. We are all listening to the same director and depending on each other as equals.
